We engrave all orders ourself & take great pride on our beautiful, fast engraving service!
The Silver Store usually sends engraved jewellery orders next business day, please allow extra time for special orders of photo engraving, handwritten engraving or custom designs.
In the 2 weeks prior to peak times of Christmas, Valentines, Mother’s and Father’s Day please allow a few extra days for all orders.
Australian Express order cut off dates are;
Valentines – Feb 7, Mother’s Day – May 3rd, Father’s Day – Aug 25th and Christmas – Dec 15th.
We will not refund shipping on rare occasion there has been delays with DHL or Express shipping where we have lodged on time. Please note international shipping can have significant delays.
Orders Sent Within Australia
Australia Post Express delivery is 2-4 business days after engraving within Australia and is $14 and includes tracking.
Australia Post Standard E-Parcel delivery within Australia is $9.50 and includes tracking, e-parcel delivery 2-4 weeks after engraving, if you need it by a particular date we recommend Express, particularly in peak times like Christmas.
DHL EXPRESS Service within Australia is $30 for Australian Metro Only (see ELIGIBLE postcode table below) and includes tracking and signature takes approx 2 days after engraving.
Delivery to New Zealand
Standard Australia Post International Delivery to New Zealand is $20, 10-26 business days after engraving and includes tracking.
Express Australia Post International Delivery to New Zealand is $35, 5-10 business days after engraving and includes tracking.
Express DHL delivery is 5 business days after engraving to New Zealand and is $40 – includes tracking.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA & NZ
Australia Post Express delivery is 1-2 weeks after engraving and is $40 – includes tracking.
DHL worldwide express is $60 depending usually 7-10 business days after engraving.
Customs clearance times may cause delays and customers are responsible for any duties or clearance charges that may occur depending on your country.
