Please email info@thesilverstore.com.au before you return any item and provide us with your name, order number and reason for return or exchange.
Products purchased from the The Silver Store can only be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Goods finished in accordance with customer specifications or goods which have been clearly tailored to the personal requirements of the customer (i.e. engraved items) are non-returnable. All engraved items of jewellery are specifically for final sale and have been engraved according to customer specifications. The Silver Store is not liable for errors that are the result of customer instructions or specifications.
Please send the items with a copy of order / packing slip to the following returns address and keep the tracking number and email receipts for any potential queries.

Please note that articles must be completely returned to us with their original packaging. This should protect the goods to be returned against damage during transport.
For the purpose of continually improving our service and offerings, it is particularly important that you provide us with the reason why you are returning the goods. Please include this with your return. We will credit the amount to same payment method that you used for the original order. Please note that postal returns can take several days and that we require a certain amount of time to process returns.
The supplied jewellery must only be examined – comparable with trying them on in a store. Should the goods be damaged on return we reserve the right to not issue a refund.
Please note all postage costs are not refundable including initial delivery costs. Gift wrap is not refundable.

How Long Does it take for delivery
Delivery time is generally under 5 workings days for orders that include engraved items for delivery within Australia.
Please note during two weeks prior to our busiest periods of Christmas, Valentines, Mother’s and Fathers day it is best to allow some extra time.

what is the cost of delivery
Shipping is $9.50 for parcel post and $14.00 for Express Post. For more information on shipping please see our delivery page.
Are orders engraved and sent from Australia?
We are an Australian small business and engrave all items in-house and ship from Australia.
does the silver store offer engraving?
Yes! We can engrave almost anything. It's easy to order just choose the items you want engraved and you can add text, symbols or even a photo. We even engrave fingerprints, paw prints, handwriting or logos. We will position nicely and remove background where necessary.
Can I pick up my order?
We are online only and do not do pickups.
Will the engraved pendant look exactly like my design?
The design preview on our website will help you picture what your engraving will look like. Please note that this is a drawing not an engraving. Our engraver will endeavour to match your design closely but it will not be exactly the same. In general, the engraving will be centralised on the product unless specifically requested. We have years of engraving experience and will endeavour to make your design look it's best.
