How long does it take for delivery?

Delivery time is generally under 5 workings days for orders that include engraved items for delivery within Australia.

Please note during two weeks prior to our busiest periods of Christmas, Valentines, Mother’s and Fathers day it is best to allow some extra time.

How can I track my order? 

After your order has been processed and shipped you will receive a ‘completed and shipped’ email, this will include a tracking link. Sometimes these go into junk email folders. In general allow 2 business days for orders to be sent.

Are orders engraved and sent from Australia?

We are an Australian small business and engrave all items in-house and ship from Australia.

Will the engraved pendant look exactly like my design?

The custom designer on our website will help you picture what your engraving will look like. Please note that this is a drawing not an engraving. Our engraver will endeavour to match your design closely but it will not be exactly the same. In general, the engraving will be centralised on the pendant. For example, the maximum engraving area is set to be no more that 10mm x 10mm on circular pendants.

Does The Silver Store engrave photos, paw prints, finger prints, handwriting, logos, symbols, family crests, characters from other languages, spotify ….?

The answer is yes! We can engrave almost anything. Its easy to order just choose the items you want engraved, click the pink “ADD ENGRAVING’ bar then click photo to upload the image. We will position nicely and remove background where necessary.

Can I pick up my order? 

We are online only and do not do pickups.
